A single document from Headquarters Department of Tennessee, dated August 13, 1865, appointing Major Alpheus M. Beebe (spelled Beebee on the document) an administering officer for the amnesty oath in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

The book was Vol. IV of Gayley's "Representative English Comedies." The second book, whose galleys or printers proofs are in the collection, is Thaler's "Shakespeare and Democracy."

A copy of Alwin Thaler's "Memoirs and Perspectives," a work Thaler created in the 1970s that was meant to be a sequel to his first autobiography; the work was never finished due to Thaler's death in 1977.

The 1954-1955 report card of Alzada Knickerbocker records the progress of the child of Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth L. Knickerbocker over four quarters, culminating with the assignment of Alzada to the 6th grade on June 3, 1955, by teacher Miss Anna Davidson.

This tract opens with the Declaration from the formation of the American Anti-Slavery Society in Philadelphia on December 4, 1833. On the third page, it provides the preamble to the Constitution of the Society and the beginning of an address given to the Society in New York City on May 7, 1844. This address explained their reasons for calling for secession from the Union as long as slavery is tolerated. On the bottom of the fourth page are listed four anti-slavery newspapers.
